1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 563ph ("563ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 563ph website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 563ph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 563ph Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

563ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 563ph services, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 563ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 563ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Verification: 563ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: 563ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 563ph Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 563ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 563ph's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Currency: All transactions on the 563ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 563ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. 563ph aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 563ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 563ph immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 563ph staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

563ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Limits: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions. 563ph will display session duration reminders to help players stay aware of the time spent on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 563ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your 563ph account at the time the claim arises.

• 563ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• 563ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• 563ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 563ph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 563ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
